The platform may restrict full project access until an NDA is executed through the workflow designated by DBR77 or the relevant manufacturer.

Access logs, document status records, and gated disclosure events may be treated as audit evidence of the workflow, without making DBR77 the guarantor of any party's performance under the NDA itself.
