Marketplace E-Sign and DocuSign Consent

Effective date: 2026-03-25

Users participating in Marketplace contract flows consent to:

• the use of electronic signatures and electronic records,
• delivery of records by email and through the platform,
• retention of records through the platform or a third-party e-sign provider,
• responsibility for ensuring they have the necessary signatory authority,
• use and disclosure of the third-party e-sign provider involved in the workflow.

If applicable law requires paper copies or additional consent mechanics, those requirements continue to apply.
