1. Product description
Marketplace is a B2B workflow and trust layer for industrial project sourcing, offer comparison, contract workflow, and milestone management.
2. Role of DBR77
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, DBR77 provides the platform, workflow logic, audit trail, matching, document routing, and supporting infrastructure.
DBR77 acts as a platform facilitator and is not a direct party to transactions unless explicitly stated.
DBR77 is not automatically the implementation contractor, broker, insurer, financing provider, escrow agent, or adjudicator of disputes.
3. Contract structure
Unless expressly stated otherwise, project contracts are directly between the manufacturer and the integrator or supplier. DBR77 is not responsible for the technical performance, payment performance, delivery, warranty, insurance, or legal sufficiency of those third-party contracts.
DBR77 is not responsible for:
- the performance of parties,
- transaction outcomes,
- fulfillment of agreements,
- quality of third-party deliverables,
- collection or recovery of payments owed between counterparties.
4. Workflow functions
Marketplace may include:
- challenge publication,
- AI-assisted matching,
- gated disclosure and NDA flow,
- offer comparison,
- e-sign workflow,
- milestone and approval workflow,
- ratings and trust signals,
- audit trail and platform records.
5. Product boundaries
Marketplace is not:
- a machine-control system,
- an implementation contractor,
- an insurance or financing product,
- an arbitral tribunal,
- a guarantee of supplier quality, solvency, or project success,
- a substitute for legal review, procurement review, or technical due diligence.
DBR77 does not guarantee:
- the success of transactions,
- the quality, timeliness, legality, or fitness of third-party deliverables,
- that a dispute will be resolved in any party's favor.
Where DBR77 supports dispute workflows or audit trails, that support is procedural only and does not constitute substantive adjudication, expert determination, or legal judgment.
