Integrator and Supplier Terms

Integrators and suppliers are responsible for the truthfulness of their solutions, offers, credentials, warranties, compliance statements, and delivery commitments. They remain solely responsible for performance under direct project contracts and for any platform fees or commissions they owe under the applicable commercial model.
